However, if you’re a customer living in California, and where otherwise required by law, you may find other cancelling options included in your member portal. does not issue any prorated or regular refunds.

Yes! We are very aware that the personal information you provide to our site is very sensitive. Once you’re successfully signed up with you’ll be sent to our portal. The portal is where you’ll be able to see all your benefits. Also, you will receive a welcome email when you sign up that will contain your login information, member id, and more membership details.

Our new members are always sent a welcome email within the first 24 hours after signing up. If you do not get that email, we suggest you search your spam and junk folders. Also, don’t forget, you should add to your list of trusted email addresses in order to make sure you will always get our emails.
